Long Distance moving usually involves individual shipments that must be weighed and are usually combined with other  household goods on the moving truck. Most often a window or spread date is given both on the pick-up and delivery-can be days or even weeks. The transit time between origin and  destination may vary due to distance, move size, and seasonal demands. Pricing: When moving long distance , there should be two universal charges: Line haul charge, based on the weight of the shipment and Accessorial charge includes packing materials, packing, overnight holding etc.  At aLocalVan our rates are very competitive and in many cases , the lowest for equivalent or similar service.
